We are a founder-led company that provides sophisticated, fund-like wealth management with a focus on three core pillars: Performance, Expertise, and Access. We're bringing the wealth management that the "elite" are used to, to a generation that really needs it.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Lead to join our founding team and take ownership of our AI and machine learning initiatives. You will be responsible for taking the AI agent prototypes that our founder has built and transforming them into production-ready systems that will redefine how our clients interact with their wealth. As a foundational member of our team, you will have a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to shape our technical direction as we scale towards our goal of $200M in AUM by the end of next year.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of our AI-powered services, from initial concept and prototyping to production deployment and iteration.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable AI agents for a variety of applications, including portfolio risk management, client interactions, and automated financial planning services.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to shape the AI roadmap and strategy for the company.
• Iterate quickly on new ideas and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where you are the master of your domain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying AI and machine learning models in a production environment.
• A strong portfolio of projects that you have built from the ground up, demonstrating your ability to take an idea from concept to a finished product.
• A highly autonomous and self-motivated individual who loves tackling hard problems, even when the path isn't clear.
• A true team player who is excited to collaborate with other domain experts to achieve ambitious goals.
• A passion for our mission of helping young people build long-term wealth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 USD
• Equity: A meaningful equity grant in the company. We want our founding team members to be true owners and share in the success we build together.
